"Happy Birthday!" Within these words are lots of things I do not get to say enough. It means I love you first of all, then thanks for all that you have done. It means you mean a lot to me, and that I'm proud of you. But most of all, I guess it means that I am thinking of you on this very special day, Happy Birthday!

Dear Son,
Another year has come and gone, and it's your birthday once again.
It is hard to believe you are all grown up! It seems like just
yesterday you were building models and getting on the bus for school.
I hold dear and treasure all the moments we have shared,
and even through the rough times, we knew the other cared.
It is spring here and the place in the yard where you built your
town is flooded. Your toy box is still in the garage.
